Complaints Procedure

 In accordance with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Rules of Conduct, we operate a formal procedure to deal with complaints from clients and others. If you feel that you have a justifiable complaint then please in the first instance can you write to us at our registered office stating clearly any grounds for your concerns. We will review this within 5 working days and provide a response within the next 5 working days.
